After a lengthy technical evaluation by laboratory staff, Gelaire has been awarded a tender to supply 52 biosafety cabinets for the new Kolling Research and Education building at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. The cabinets are the new UltraSafe Class II with glass sides and electric sash window. Other leading organisations which have recently installed Gelaire Class II cabinets include:
- 13 cabinets for the Red Cross Blood Service’s new bacterial screening laboratories Australia-wide.
- 18 cabinets for the new School of Medicine at the University of Western Sydney, Campbelltown campus.
- AIBN at The University of Queensland has recently installed the 100th Gelaire cabinet supplied to the University.
